Sarah and the Safe Word is a cabaret rock band from Atlanta, comprised of Sarah Rose (vocals), Kienan Dietrich (guitar, vocals), Beth Ballinger (keys, vocals), Maddox Reksten (bass, vocals).
 
Since forming in 2015, they've kept themselves busy — being personally requested to join the lineup of the 2017 Vans Warped Tour by founder Kevin Lyman, making a cameo appearance on the CW's The Originals (playing a queer werewolf-witch wedding, no less!), gaining "Debut of the Year" praise from Alternative Press, embarking on several national tours around America, and signing to Take This To Heart Records in 2019.
